Background of Lohas Organic Farm : A subsidiary operation under Gingko House Restaurant
“LOHAS Organic Farm” was established by a group of registered, senior social workers and instructors of green living. The purpose is twofold. On one hand, through the growing of organic produce, we hope to promote the organic food culture and to develop local organic market. On the other hand, through the activities of general education, it is hoped that we can enhance the awareness of green living of the general public.
